  1. Sauté onions in a ghee filled pan to get a distinct aroma.
  2. Add the spices and tomatoes to the pan. Stir.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste into the mix. Vigorously mix the contents of the pan.
  4. Add the chopped lamb into a brook with yogurt and cream.
  5. Wait till the meat gets tender in a liter of boiling water. Add salt to taste.
