SESAME PASTA CHICKEN SALAD

Method:

  1. Toast the sesame seeds until they turn brown and set aside.
  2. Boil the pasta in salted water till cooked, and set aside to cool.
  3. Rinse the pasta in cold water. Drain completely.
  4. Add the vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds to a saucepan.
  5. Add ginger, pepper, and chicken.
  6. Add a touch of surprise with a garnish of green onions and cilantro.
