Place your order on our mobile application, website (BrownApron.com), or dial 080 4680 9106 for delivery to any location across Bangalore. We give you two options to make the payment, 'Pay now" gives you an estimated bill with an additional charge of 10% to compensate the weight change. The excess will be credited back into your BA wallet immediately. If the estimated amount is lesser, the balance will be debited. 'Pay later' gives you the total price after the meat has been packed.

Brown Apron provides two payment options, they are:

  1.  Cash on delivery
  2.  Pay Now- Pay online as soon as you’re done ordering and your order will be delivered to your doorstep. A 10% additional amount will be charged to compensate any weight change. Any excess amount collected will be credited to your Brown Apron wallet.
  3.  Pay online- You will get an SMS with a link leading to a payment gateway. All major creadit cards and debit cards are accepted as well as net banking.
Brown Apron delivers between 7 a.m. - 11 a.m and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. We ensure that our fresh cuts reach your home before the rush of day. The cut-off time to order for delivery during the morning slot is midnight of the previous day. For the afternoon slot, it is 1 p.m. of the same day.
Our merchandise is sold either by weight (fresh meat, fishes etc) or by units (marinated starters, dips etc). For items sold by weight, exact bill will be known only once exact amounts are weighed. The prices mentioned on the site are indicative, basis typical weights of packs. Thus if a leg of chicken is priced at 220 / Kg and typical pack size is 1040 gms for a pack of 4, the actual amount would be dependent on what the weight of the pack of 4 chicken legs actually is. For items sold by units, the prices mentioned on the site will be final.
We take an inordinate amount of effort to ensure the right quality, the right cut, the right package is delivered in the best time possible to you. If however, in the unlikely event of a customer not wanting to accept delivery, we have a no questions asked returns policy. We would however, give a call to understand the reasons for return so that we can ensure that this does not happen in future.
